William, who are you and what's your role at Parnasse?
I'm the Acceptance Manager in the Parnasse IT Department. My main role is to guarantee our users optimal use of our applications and websites. It's important that our digital tools provide a certain level of performance and security before being made available to our Members.
How did you arrive at Parnasse?
I came to Parnasse two years ago. Before that, I was a Pre-Sales Engineer for a software publisher in the medical sector at Orange Business Services. I was in charge of gathering and analyzing clients' expressions of needs in order to propose solutions that would enable them to simplify their treatment journey.
Then, I wanted to join a team as a manager. It was important to me to manage an activity in the quality field, to make every effort to improve the use of digital tools.
How do you fulfill the Parnasse brand promise in your work?
Parnasse means service excellence and the promise of a tailored service for demanding Members.
In my line of work, this promise means smooth navigation on the applications that provide Members with high performance tools, such as our application that enables our Members to sign up for special events or read brand-new content. It's also the provision of applications that provide our employees with the efficiency they need to handle the issues facing our demanding clientele.
What is the most essentiel item in your daily work at Parnasse?
I wouldn't say item but more people... I work in close collaboration with my team, with whom I've built a trusting relationship. Thanks to this strong cohesion we can challenge ourselves and progress.
